To ensure freshness, items are individually sealed.  We do not ship over weekends, and all parcels are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Packages shipped Priority Mail arrive in 2-3 days from ship date.           

Other shipping options are available upon checkout for additional fees.  All Packages are released without signature. 

We reccomend someone be available to receive the package. You will be notified when your shipment has been sent and providing you have supplied a valid email address, a tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipping.
